Its amazing what happens when people stop being bad at a single aspect of a boss fight. We dropped Teron last night even though we've had him "beat" for two weeks running. We unfortunately lost the Ghost Game Lottery and people who cant shackle then tab-lance over and over again kept wiping us. Luckily after a guild-wide tutorial in how to play a mini-game of shoot the costructs from Scholomance, we got him down on the first attempt last night in no time. The drops were shit (what a suprise, fucking druid loot -- no one likes you Rhunko) but we're basically at the 1/2 way point of this dump. 

We put in a few attempts on Gurtogg with very little prep time and he felt completely do-able and not too difficult. Now we get to play a new mini-game of "will we get enough Hearts of Darkness before Mother Shazraz". Knowing our luck I might as well start buying them now. Loots and screenshot:

We are currently recruiting healers for our 25 man raids. We raid Tues-Thur 5pm-8pm ST. We also raid Mondays if no decent sporting events are on TV. Applicants must have the following:

-T5 or better epic gear. Fully gemmed + enchanted.

-Be able to make 3 raids a week and stay for the full 3 hours each night. We do not have a hard raiding schedule so attendance is pretty much mandatory.

-Have a good sense of humor and understand this is about the most unpolitcially-correct guild ever. We are very vulgar and our ventrilo tends to be filled with stories about things that would make nuns cry and porn stars smile.

-Be able to handle criticism, a little bit of yelling and hearing our MT accuse you of "getting me killed on purpose to raise my repair bills". If you screw-up expect to hear about it forever, but know we will be as gentle in reminding you of the offense as we can be.

-Come to raids prepared with pots, food, flasks and anything else you need. Also show having read and understood our strats and your place in them.

-Loot is awarded via Officer vote (otherwise known as a "loot council").
